Renée Toll-DuBois Executive Director Renée returns to Eagle Eye as Executive Director, having worked in 1997 to expand their signature Learn About Forests™ programs. She founded the Boston Urban Stewards, a community based out of school time program for middle and high school students focused on increasing community awareness and involvement in the care of the urban forest while working for UMass Amherst Extension MA 4H. A certified middle school science teacher, Renée taught several years in the Cambridge public schools after graduating from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and Hampshire College. Her passion addressing racial justice, positive youth development, and environmental sustainability finds fertile soil in the work of Eagle Eye.

MaJa co-founded Eagle Eye Institute in 1991 and is responsible for all financial matters of Eagle Eye including assisting with fundraising.
